Goods reclaim
When withdrawing from the contract, please fill out the form, don’t forget to enter the correct IBAN and send it together with the goods to the address on the form (this way you will avoid unnecessary prolongation of the cancellation process).
As soon as we receive the goods for cancellation in the warehouse, we send an email about the receipt of the shipment and its processing, followed by a refund within 14 days. In case of any complications, we will contact you by email.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, if this deadline isn’t met, the goods will be returned to you. We don’t cover the postal costs when sending the parcel to us.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible only if the goods haven’t been used, are not damaged, washed or soiled (stains, makeup, animal hair, torn label,..).
