When claiming goods, please fill out the form, don’t forget to describe the damage/error in detail, which occurred on the product. Attach the form to the claimed product and send it to the address on the form.
As soon as we receive the goods for complaint at the warehouse, we send an email about the receipt of the shipment and its processing. The goods are sent to production for expert assessment and inspection of damage.
Complaints are processed within 30 days, within which our team will contact you about the resolution of the complaint and the subsequent opinion on the complaints.
